– FREE UK shipping on orders over £50
– £4.99 for orders under £50





– UK deliveries are normally received within 3-5 working days from your order being made.

– We aim for all orders to be dispatched the same working day if you order before 1pm Monday to Friday.

– If we don’t have the item in stock we will order it from our suppliers and dispatch it to you the same working day we receive it.

– If there is a problem with your order preventing us from dispatching, we will attempt to contact you to discuss the issue.

– Our prices for garments and shipping include VAT.

– If an item isn’t available for us to order from a manufacturer immediately we will inform you when we expect it. We let you choose if you want to wait, order an alternative product or receive a full refund.



– £29.99 (excluding customs & duty)

You will be contacted by your local shipping service to arrange the customs and duty payment. 

Deliveries to Europe usually take between 10-14 days provided the customs are paid on time. 

DELIVERY – USA & Canada 

– £35.99 (excluding customs & duty)

– Your order will be subject to customs & duty only if it exceeds $800. 

– Deliveries to the US usually take between 10-20 days. 

DELIVERY – Rest of the world 

– £35.99 (excluding customs & duty)

– Worldwide deliveries usually take between 10-20 days. 


Our couriers ensure that your goods are correctly signed for thus ensuring that your parcel is in safe hands. Menswear Online does not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a location (eg shed, garage, neighbour etc) we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.


Your purchase is insured if your parcel is lost/damaged/stolen whilst in transit and under the care of the couriers. Once the parcel is delivered it is no longer covered under this agreement and the responsibility of the parcel and its contents falls to the recipient.



To avoid issues with your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement and that the card holder’s name is written as it appears on the card. If your shipping details are different to your billing, please make sure to update the shipping address in addition to your billing details.
