In 1989, Carl J. Engel brought SUNWILL into the fold of the F.ENGEL Group; an innovative, successful family business, which pioneered the development of workwear in Denmark since 1927 and had become specialists in men’s trousers. A natural match, the family and successful business shared many of the same values of the original Sunwill company; community-minded, customer-focussed, purposeful and fixated on pushing the boundaries of garment production.
